The Dish Truck Journey

In 2024, a simple truck was converted into a fully equipped kitchen on wheels, maintaining the same quality and care as a sit-down restaurant. From festivals and events to neighbourhood streets, Dish Truck gained popularity.

The menu includes both traditional and creative options:
  • Bowls: Made with fresh ingredients and bold flavours for a convenient meal.
  • Fantastic Four Nibbles: A sampler featuring chicken teriyaki, sweet and spicy chicken, battered chicken, and sweet and chili chicken.
  • Bao Buns: Soft, fluffy buns filled with various flavours.
